There are two points of access to the property - use the second method if there's been lots of rain and the Low Water Bridge is likely to be flooded! But otherwise, use the first method below to avoid get your vehicle extra dusty....
1. After exiting 400 onto Z50 Road to enter the Fall River Lake area at the large cell tower, follow the gravel road past the Tri Corner Cafe and bait shop on the right all the way to the Fall River State Park sign, where there is a park and playground for the kids. Take a right on Casner Creek Rd just BEFORE you would enter past the state park sign and follow the curving road all the way around the lake to the left, past the low water bridge. When you come to the first log house, turn to the right and keep following the main road up and down the hills until you come to Y70 Rd (you'll run into the lake access if you miss it!) Our house will be the 4th house on the right, just past the outdoor Ranch Patio, with the large carport in front.
2. Exit X Road from Hwy 400 and follow the dusty road until it dead ends into Y40 Rd. Turn right and follow all the way until you enter the development of houses - keep following to the end where it ends in a downhill right turn, and the house will then be the second on the left.
